RATES QUOTED INCLUDES :

  • All rates are quoted nett in Malaysian Ringgit and are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
  • Rates quoted are for house only without breakfast.
  • Rates are quoted inclusive of a free use of one motorcycle for the duration of your stay with us.

TERM & CONDITIONS :

  • Each room are able to accommodate 5 persons each and the whole house is able to accommodate to a maximum of 20 persons.
  • All room are equipped with individual controlled Air-conditioning units.
  • Bookings are open to per whole house only.
  • Steamboat and BBQ set are available for guest use.
  • Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
  • Check In Time : 1.00 pm
  • Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice .
  • Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
  • Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

PAYMENT

Presently we only accept Cash Payments. To guarantee your booking, you are given 2 options to do so. You may choose to guarantee with your credit card or by paying cash into our bank account. If you opt to guarantee your booking with your credit card, please furnish to us details of your credit card via our Reservation Form available on our website. We do not debit your credit card online. The credit card details is required for the purpose to guarantee your bookings only. If you wish to guarantee by cash payment, please indicate in this reservation form. The payment instruction are given below.

Payment By Cash

Within 24 hours and not later than 36 hours from submission of your Reservation Form, you shall receive the confirmation of your room/s/house; thereupon you are required to deposit into the home’s Bank Account the total amount for the first night of the total rooms/house reserved to the following Bank.

Bank : Malayan Banking Berhad.
Bank Address : Pangkor Island Branch.
Account Payable To : DCH Holiday Home.
Account Number : 501-00-171

Upon making the said deposit you are to fax the Bank-In-Slip to the house within the stipulated period stated in the confirmation letter, failing which your room/s/house shall be auto released without any further referral to you. You shall be advised of the house Fax Number in the confirmation letter.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night charges for the total rooms/house reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
